K-Dollies that are returned to us due to non-payment of import customs duties will have the following deducted from your refund: the cost of shipping to your address, the cost of shipping back to us, and any UK import customs duties on the returned shipment.

We can give advice on how the colour and styling was achieved, however we cannot accept responsibility for your final result, and any dyeing and/or styling of the hair will invalidate the possibility of a return/refund.
