Gift vouchers are only available as e-vouchers sent via email.
They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are not transferable.
A full refund will only be made if the voucher has not been used, and we have received a cancellation email to hello@kristinagasperas.com within 14 days of purchase.
If the voucher is redeemed against an in-person service, the date for the service can be changed once if we are informed via email with more than 48 hours notice before the service is to take place.
