SHIPPING, RETURNS & TAXES
For all products except K-Dollies: product shipping to UK addresses is via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and International shipping is via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL courier, depending on the size of the order. For K-Dollies all product shipping is via DHL Express.
We aim to ship all items except K-Dollies 1-2 working days after the order has been placed, however this may take longer for some orders. K-Dolly orders we aim to ship within 5 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the order size and delivery address. For orders of hairstyling products and/or makeup brushes only, where the total order is £100 or more in value, shipping to a UK address is free of charge – this does not include K-Dollies.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We can accept product returns for exchange or refund only if they are received at the address below within 14 days of us shipping your order.
Product exchanges where the new product(s) requested is/are of a higher monetary value than the original order will incur a charge equal to the difference in price. Exchanges for new product(s) of a lower monetary value than the original order will be eligible for a part-refund.
Products returned must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as received in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Postage for returns is at your own expense, unless the product(s) returned was/were faulty or damaged when received. We recommend using the same shipping methods as we do, listed above.
Postage fees paid for orders are non-refundable.
Product return refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of a returned product and will be reimbursed via the original payment method.
We will endeavour to ship exchanges within 1-2 working days of receipt of a returned product, except for K-Dollies, however this may take longer for some exchanges. K-Dolly exchanges we aim to ship within 5 working days of receipt of returned product. Postage for exchanges will be covered by us, as long as the new product(s) is/are of the same monetary value and/or weight as the product(s) returned. Exchanges where the new product(s) are of a higher monetary value and/or weight will incur an additional shipping charge.
Product returns are only accepted for physical products. Gift vouchers, online products and event tickets are exempt from this returns policy.

Before returning an item please firstly send an email to email@example.com stating:
- your order number;
- which item is being returned;
- the reason for the return;
- whether a refund or exchange is requested; and
- if an exchange is requested please confirm the new item(s) required.
These terms and conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
VAT & CUSTOMS DUTY
All of our quoted prices are inclusive of UK VAT for UK customers and exclusive of UK VAT for non-UK customers. Therefore we offer UK customers a discount on the prices quoted equivalent to the rate of UK VAT, before UK VAT is subsequently added.
All customers outside of the UK are responsible for the payment of any import/customs taxes and duties that their local authorities impose.
